Vivo y83pro. Is a good phone but is a very rubbish phone.. beacause it is not provide direct vedio call feature in vivo all model... Specially vivo y 83 pro beacouse its a new model.. Why vivo comapany not provide video call... Vivo company bahut acchi hai.. but wo apne handset m direct videocall ki jo kami hai.. usko pura kyu ni kr rhi hai.. Baki sabhi company direct video cll de rhi hai.. yha tak ki oppo bhi ab direct video call de rhi hai to vivo kyu.. nhi. I purchase vivo v7 and after 2weeks I lost it. I gave complaint in police station. Almost 3 months over that I gave complaint. I have IMEI number, so how can I find my phone using this IMEI number.

I am using vivo v3 last 3 years.starting days I received 2/3 update version to update my mobile but last one year I haven't received any update version to update my phone.what is the problem for that why are you not sending any update version.
