[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — Complaint regarding new cell phone purchased | |||
I bought a vivo y50 iris blue 8gb + 128gb mobile phone from your retail store sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd on 31.07.2020, vide invoice no.-np2-20-865. I regret to inform you that i am facing below mentioned problems within a few days of it’s purchase. 1. Heating problem: phone temperature is too high at the time of online classes. We are not able to use the cell phone. It is hazardous to human health to use it at this temperature and it may blast and cause injury to the child (Temperature shown 48 deg. Screenshot enclosed). 2. Hanging /network problem: while using the cell phone some time it hangs and closes the running application itself and also shows network error. (Screenshot enclosed) I have contacted sargam electronics pvt. Ltd. Regarding this problem and they have suggested to visit the vivo customer care centre. I visited to vivo customer care centre (Lajpat nagar) on 11/08/2020. I have shown the problem to them and they have verified the same problem in their system that the temperature of the device is too high but they have just updated the software in the device and not resolved my problem. I feel cheated to have such a defective mobile phone after spending more than rs.17000/- it is quite unfortunate that even after visiting the customer care centre my problem has not been resolved. I am following with vivo mobile india pvt. Ltd. On their official mail address "[protected]@vivo.com"since 11/08/2020 but still problem is with the handset and i didn't get any satisfied reply from their side. Google reviews also verify the heating problem with model vivoy50 as under. It seems that your product is not up to the mark and we cannot take risk of our child life because it may burst.
