[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — earphone is not working.

Hi,
I purchased vivo y95 on may 27 2019 (Still under warranty period). From 15th nov 2019, suddenly my earphone stopped working. Other earphone is working in my mobile. When i called and visited the customer care & asked for the replacement of the product, they denied for it. They mentioned that earphone is damaged and also convince purchase new earphone. But my earphone is not damage i brought earphone with handset in same as photo which i have uploaded and work properly till 15 nov.2019. If a product seized working within the period of 6 months, the company is supposed to provide the replacement warranty. They should not trouble the customer. This is one the instance of a bad customer service.

If you have not response your customer complain, why did you open customer care services. Your product quality is really cheap. Don't buy their mobiles.
