[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — reasonable mobile service | |||
I am jaganathan, i bought vivo mobile. Product model y55s at the date of 23/08/2017. Mobile i'm no is [protected]. My mobile last two three month some problems (Battery over heating, battery discharge not used time, facebook not responding, google not responding, launcher not responding proxmity sensor not working) i went to vivo mobile service center four or five times:no339, first floor, m t h road ambattur, chennai 600053.. Last service yesterday evening, problem launcher not responding mobile is hanging. Take mobile. I am waiting approximate 45minutes mobile hand over me. Only software update. Use mobile any problem return service center only said. No explanation for problem. Last service job sheet no aintn[protected]. Any problem go only software update. Once the new upgraded android version will be available, your device will automatically receive the notification regarding the update, thereafter you may easily download the new version.
I am having vivo v5s mobile.. And the mobile is creating duplicate contacts often.. I am receiving the call from my friend by another name which i have already saved for another person.. I dont know how to sort out this.. Plzzz fix this.. Its irritating..
