Whenever I am on a phone call (incoming or outgoing), the conversation is heard to me with lots of breaks in between... Noticed the same with lot many incoming calls...kidly look into it and do the needful

I have bought vivo v5 last year during april.. in starting the volume was good but by time its volume go worst and now the volume is so low that even on putting it on top of level it does not make it good... The volume is very very slow... Even putting on earplugs the volume is very low plz solve the issue as soon as possible

I have a 3 year old vivo V1
I stopped using it for a month or two
When I used my phone it was not in working condition
No sounds
No videos playing
Hanging
Phone taking more than 3 minutes to start
I rebooted and also reset it but it had no improvements
The battery is also quite dead
It's full battery does not last for even one hour
I am really annoyed by this phone

Sometimes if i get call on my vivo v5s mobile afterwards my volumes works only for call volumes.. If i play any musics its comes from call buzzer and no more working from main speaker... I have to reboot once my mobile to bring the mobile in normal condition. Please help on this weird one.. [protected]@gmail.com
