Hi vivo team.. I purchased ur newly launched new cell vivo v11pro on sep14 which i prebook before.. I used it for one day and the second day when i kept it for charge after i came back n saw the mobile was switch off i tried to on the cell but it didn't i took the cell for vivo service center which is in udupi i showed the mobile to them but they said we dono wat has hppnd to cell we should send it to company back we all replace u the new cell but they was not having stock we purchase the cell in pai international in udupi we called them asked so they told they also don't have the stock... I need my cash back or within one day i need new mobile phone otherwise i will got to consumer court if i call costmercare they don't spk properly without telling they cut my call if i call service center they telling they call customer care what the hell are u people doing with me are u people playing with me... I have used vivo mobile before their was no issue with it but this new cell got spoiled with in one day how come i need new cell within a day i dno wat u people are going to do otherwise i need my cash back if this both not going to happen i m going to consumer court will see in court only...
