VMC Developers — not refunded money

Sir/madam, my name is shashikant m chavan. I invested rs. 65 thousand and rs. 2 lakhs for the plots which was shown by vmc developers at shahapur named vishwambhar and vrindavan garden respectively for my future residence. After some years i came to know the company is not giving plots, so i approached office for cancellation and they gave me letter of cancellation for both sites and promised me to refund my money within one year, but till date they have not refunded me single penny. Sir/madam it is my humble request to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount back. My total amount is rs. 65000/- and 200000/- + 51000/- interest as they shown in papers which are attached. Sir/madam i am middle class person and has invested amount breaking my provident fund,...
