Vodafone — CARBUN8 VAS deduction | |
So CARBUN8 named VAS deducted money from my main balance and upon contacting customer care they say that you must have clicked some link that consumed this amount for "Content Download" Now, let's for once assume that I'm that naive that I don't know what links to click and what to not AND also assume that some app in background may have done it, my next question to Vodafone was "If I was on Wifi and did not use data, then how on earth does Vodafone come into picture and charge me for content download". To this they did not have any answer and slapped a request number to me. Upon doing a bit of Google search, I realize that this CARBUN8 VAS is a long running issue with Vodafone, so many consumer complains. It hurts to see that the call center people make you guilty of these technicalities and basically don't have answers to genuine counter questions. This is not about how much money has been deducted, keep that money, but in turn give me full details of which app/which url did this content consumption, cuz without that it is like "humne to paise kaat liye, tumne hi kuchh kiya hoenge" Was this information helpful? | |
