Updated by ulhas.talpade 1.
Vodafone first denied and stated that all charges are true and legitimate.
2. I summitted screenshots of all organizations that state their toll free numbers.
3.
Vodafone stated that not all numbers starting with 1800 xxx xxxx are toll free and it depends on organizations.
4. I got clarifications from organizations and forwarded it to
Vodafone.
5.
Vodafone came up with another excuse stating that I had dialed with prefix "0" therefore it was chargeable. If I dial with prefix "0" or "91' the call becomes chargeable.
6. I explained that I never called these organizations with prefix '0'.
7.
Vodafone stated that their records shows that dialed numbers are with prefix '0'.
8. I have provided
Vodafone screenshots of my call history that shows I never dialed numbers with prefix '0'
I am sure
Vodafone will surely come up with some other excuse to deny me justice.

Updated by ulhas.talpade Vodafone will never stop looting so called "Valued Customers".
I had provided them my call records, but
Vodafone has not provided their legitimate call records to prove their claim of I having dialed "Toll Free" number with prefix "0", whereas I had dialed it without prefix "0" or "91".
Vodafone is asking for charges of Rs 49/- from me to get it. But they don't have guts to prove their honesty????? They are finding out ways and methods to loot customers.
I really don't know how much revenue they will be generating in this manner. And that too by cheating customers. I may approach Consumer Court for resolution and then bye bye
Vodafone forever.
Vodafone you don't have guts to prove your honesty!!!
