Hello Vodafone Team, My mobile # [protected] I want to convert my Corporate connection to personal Number. I submitted my documents to vodafone along with my company provided NOC The vodafone store is demanding for a separete NOC doc to be sealed by my ex-employer. I faced a lot of issues to get the current letter and now the Vodafone is demanding for another document. I spoke and had numerous conversations with vodafone customer team and no one informed about the new document. This is on and off for the last 3 months and now the Vodafone store executive said that my connection MAY get cancelled mostly.. i am totally fed up with Vodafone and being a royal Vodafone customer for the last 2 yrs and the kind of service they offer and the way they treat me is really pathetic. If you have further questions, Go and talk to my ex-employer and validity of the document and set a process with them. Rather penalizing customers will not help.. I have been called and offer a scheme in new post paid connection with Rs.270 rentals (unlimited calls and 21 GB data for 28 days. They handed over the sim also at my house bearing no. [protected]
But after 4 days i received a massage telling my unbilled amnt Rs270, I immediate requested to check the number and then i came to know that the sim was having Rs.399 rentals. I ask to cancel the connection or make it prepaid. Vodafone team refused to do the same as it was 3 month lock in period.
The connection given me was totally fraud.
now settle the case
