Vodafone Idea — Refund for failed transaction | |
I did a recharge on an idea number using myidea app and amazon upi method to make the payment. The transaction failed but the amount deducted. I communicated with Vodafone Idea customer care team on phone as well as in e-mails. They always ask to wait for more working days. It's been more than 25 days to the recharge.
