[Resolved]  Vodafone — incoming calls & incoming sms are not working

Address: 703, SATYASAI RESIDENCY, BOTANICAL GARDEN ROAD,NEAR CHIREC SCHOOL, KONDAPUR, Hyderabad 500084

I have a problem on [protected]. The incoming calls are not received and the caller gets the message "the number you are calling is out of net work coverage area". But outgoing calls & sms work.

I tried vodaphone 198/199 numbers, but of no help. Some automated testing is done and it stops. To contact the manual assistance, it says an otp is sent to verify the number. This is utter stupidity, when the complaint is that incomings calls & sms are not working, how do they expect me to receive otp. Moreover, it is surprising to note that the telecom service provider needs an otp to identify the phone number??

I am stuck, the vodaphone people can call me by whatsup and resolve the problem..
