Charged 1260 saying that called to 51717

I have been charged 1260 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 90 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 80 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue......

Before three days i bought 1GB 3G net pack on my Vodafone number [protected]. After a day the cut my 3G net and give me only 50 Mb 2G net. I called the customer care then he said that sir this is a mistake from Vodafone and i will get my data back the complaint no [protected] is I have recording of that conversation too, because i want to use data so i use that 2G data after 50 MB they cut my balance also. This is totally a scam i want my data back and my balance too.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear Sir, I am very disappointed by vodafone team's response, wrong billing and harrasment since I have been requested them for plan change earlier than aug 15 as per my usage which were reduced. the vodafone plan previously opted INR1299 which I had requested to vodafone executive to change it some redplan INR600 and he has assured me that it will be done but unfortunately it has not done then after I visited in vodafone koparkhairane gallery where they again told me to call their customer care becouse it can not be resolved in gallery.then after I again called their executive Mr Vora and he told due to server problem it can not done and advised to visit gallery again, again I visited koparkhairane gallery but this time they has provided their relationship manager's contact for resolution, after contacting him, he said this could not happen due to issue in server and regreted. after that I couninously in touch with him daily to resolve this issue at that time billing payment was INR 3000/- but instead of solving this issue vodafone has disconnected my phone services many times, even many times I have requested that please do not disconnect my since there is a lot of calls which are important will be inturrupted but still vodafone has not cared and terminated connection after accepting that it is their mistake (server problem).still I continoues to keep on reminding vodafone team whenever they sent bills for payment that I will definately pay the bill never said I did not but the matter which I as a customer expect to resolve in proper manner has not done.finally I have recived a legal notice by vodofone to pay the bill of INR 5007 within 7 days otherwise we will be force to pay18% additional ammount over and above INR 5007.0. sir, This is the telecom company like vodafone who dont care about customer's problem and they arrange to send legal notice wihtout understanding the customer issues and resolving them in fair manner.Mr Harish Gore(adv highcourt-vashi) is looking this legal case.I can show several mail communication made by me to vodafone but not a single assurance recived. I would request to look at this serious issue and help us to resolve. Thanks & regards, Raghvendra Singh

I have asked to submit bills on Mobile No [protected] being principle owner Mr V.K.Gupta And Second Simis to be used by my daughter at Pune as roaming is applicable on [protected] she is giving miss called and we are taking. it was said that ulimited talk is free from [protected] to [protected] for one year so we are takingfreely. It was said that Bill will be paid at jabalpur but erroniously it is triggered on [protected]. secondly no bill is sent on my mail id vijay [protected]@yahoo.co.in. 2 Please give us full details of plan & call details of both the number on the above I.D

Live TV Pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.185.868 To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free). "Why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why you people are cheating us? Do you want I shall discontinue this connection? Immediately return back the deducted amount of Rs.90. My Vodafone Number is [protected]..

          Hi, My name is Nithin, I applied for a postpaid sim ([protected]) at Vodafone Mini Store, Chandanagar. A few days later, i started receiving messages stating that my documents were not proper and i need to contact 111 to avoid deactivation. I contacted the customer care, who said they cannot help me in this issue and i need to visit the mini store. Soon after, my outgoing calls were barred and later on my incoming calls. The next day after my sim stopped receiving signals, I visited the mini store to enquire the reason. I waited for a good 1 hour before they opened the store at 11:00. Then on checking the database, they found that a personal had visited my residence for bg verification and found that I have changed my address on Dec 1. The color of my house was stated as white. I have neither got any call nor did any personal from their side visited my residence for verification. The color of my house is blue. The same day I was promised that a personal from their end would visit my residence else they would refund my money. The personal did not visit that day. The store is situated very far from my home and it is very difficult for me to visit their store every time. The following day i called up on their number which they did not respond as it was a holiday (Saturday). On Monday i revisited the store and asked to refund the money as there was no proper service from their end. They hooked me with the manager on call who talked very irresponsibly. When I asked for a refund, he said that I have to wait for their service and cannot get a refund. When I said I would launch a consumer complaint he said I cannot do anything against him and he would receive no harm from it. In fact he just challenged me to go and launch a complaint which could harm him in any way. I cannot let go of this embarrassment and struggle I had to go through just cause of fault from their end. I had to roam around their stores for more than a week due to faults from their end. I launched multiple complaints, but there was no reponse at all. I then approached the mini store for the last time and then asked for the refund. I returned them the sim thereafter saying I do not need their sim and the manager asked to do so. I left disappointed with Vodafone. I am now charged a bill of 1000/- rs and they are now processing legal action against me for non payment. I simply cannot let go off my rights as a consumer and make the payment o my hard earned money for such a service. Please help. My current number is [protected]

              They have barred my out going sms . i have called to the customer care 11 times they have not gave solution . and after two days they have given me complaint no that is mob no.                 Vodafone is a worst ever services I have come across. Nobody should ever prefer. They only grab money from the people. I am circulating this news in all papers of India that the people their conduct and behavior is also bad. Though we have paid all money they needed . They are interested only in giving our paid up phone numbers to others and grabbing money from the customer . They just say dial 117 and nobody picks up this phone. Neither they are activating this number. My number is [protected] but after paying full money they are not giving any response. After going to their office they just say call 117 and do nothing . In doing this they have spent one week and say call 117 and 117 nobody picks up Ramesh Deshmukh

                    I activated 3G data on Vodafone with a 28 day validity. Never was I able to use the 3G services. I am only getting 2G service that too very rarely. For nearly a week between 4th December to 10th December there was no internet service at all. When I spoke to the customer care (cc) they informed me about rains in Chennai affecting their servers and that it would take 2 hours to restore services. Now that conversation seems like a joke to me. 2 hours really! Its been 2 weeks now. From 10th Dec onwards the service was restored but unfortunately it is only 2G and that too for one minute every hour. It has now improved to 5 minutes at one stretch after which service goes off. 3G has remained a dream from Vodafone. My SIM also shows that it is in roaming whenever I make calls from it though money deducted is not of roaming. I first registered complaints through cc. Thereafter when I could find no change I wrote mails to Vodafone. Initially they responded promptly to gather more information but when the info was provided they have stopped responding. I then wrote to them to stop the services and refund my money- no response from them. If I ask them about extension of validity for the days the service was not provided they say they have not received any communications from superiors of any extensions. I'm seriously frustrated. I have not received a single message from Vodafone about the problem and what steps are being taken to resolve them and by when the services would be available. Looks like they want to sweep the whole issue under the carpet. Terrible experience and service this. Let them either give 3G services with extended validity or refund me. My number is [protected].

                      Hi, I am getting message that some services like glamshot, radio unlimited services is now active and they are charging around 35 to 50 rupees for it. I have almost lost 100 rupees all together because of this. They are doing it without my intent and taking my balance with notifying me. Please take strict action against it. Every time i am trying to deactivate services which i haven't requested for !!!                         I was charged for two plans for my postpaid vodafone number when infact I was using only 1 plan worth 250 for 3g data. The plan I was charged without knowledge was MBB_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G worth 750/- which made my total bill 977 (including taxes). Please rectify

                              Hi, I have ported my Number from Airtel to vodafone 3 weeks back and since then i have paid more than 1600 INR to them however my bill plan is only for 1050.They just barred all services without prior notice and asking for money all the time. Why do they offer pack if they charge on actual usages?

                                  I am using Vodafone since many years and before coming to Europe i requested to convert my post-paid sim to prepaid for a time being then i will request again to convert it to post-paid when i will return back. Luckily it changed before coming to Europe in the month of August and it worked till November, as customer care guys told me to just have some balance to be working sim and i did as they told me to do but unfortunately i checked my mobile to do some transfers because we need to see the OTPs coming on same number but it got deactivated and connecting to online customer care they recommended to come to Indian Vodafone store for your issues.How can be it resolve for those guys who are not in India and how it can be reactivated. If any please need it urgently.
