Dear Concerned, I joined IndusInd Bank at Delhi in Audit Department on 02.11.15 and applied for a corporate connection. I requested to port my existing Vodaphone number to new IndusInd bank Corporate connection but the same was denied by your representative (Vipin Kaushik - [protected]- Vodaphone agent authorised by our bank). So I sent my ID/Add proof, photo and local add details for a new number to Vipin. I received a new SIM through courier and after my repeated reminders got 03 numbers to select. I confirmed Vipin the shortlisted no. [protected], but got no response from him. When I again came back to Delhi on 23.11.15 and again contacted Vipin, I got the shock of my life. He told me that all my docs have been destroyed by him and I will have to provide the same again and he will again be providing me few numbers for selection. I again sent my documents to Mr.Vipin through WhatsApp as told by him. Bur even after my repeated follow up, I did not received any phone numbers nor my connection was activated. Then, all of a sudden, I received an SMS to call 117 for verification of new no. [protected], which I never wanted. Thus, I had a very bad experience dealing with your representative and I need an explanation/apology from your side. Strict action should be taken against such staff/agents. Secondly, if possible, my existing Vodaphone Punjab connection ([protected]), may be converted into IndusInd corporate connection. And if the same is not possible, I may be give some good/rhythmic numbers to choose from. Please note that its been over a month and I am not able to get a Vodaphone connection, the matter may be resolved on immediate basis.

Updated by rajnishmathur2000 Though I have received few telephone calls from Vodafone, but still no resolution had been provided. I still have to use Vodaphone Punjab connection and pay double bill. No action taken against the Vodaphone representative whom I submitted documents twice, but still the corporate connection had not been issued...Never expected such poor response by a reputed company...
