[Resolved]  Vodafone India — call not getting connected

I am sad and really frustrated to tell u that i am using vodafone connection good for nothing. Its been years since i have been using a corporate post :paid connection. I have not missed the bill till date. I raised an issue where i was not able to call the toll free icici bank personal banking number and i able to make call form another number. Till date its been more than couple of weeks my issue is not resolved. They called me after a week and informed issue is resolved and asked me to check and revert. I checked and its the same issue. I called back the team but no response later via app i opened the ticket again stating the issue is not resolved. I called today and kavya the agent even without checking the details or resolution properly throwed attitude on me and informed me its an icici issue not vodafone, she was rude and sarcastic. The supervisor ajith as well was worthless. I am going to port my number and file a consumer complaint since this is related to my banking number and u guys have not been able to provide any assistance.
