Vodafone India — harassment by collection agency for someones non payment of billing

This is regarding a complaint against vodafone collection agency, who is threatening me for someone who did nt paid the bill.

Today i received a call from this no chennai - [protected] calling himself as advocate name tamilmaran. He threatened me that my cousin did nt paid the bill and i have to provide his present contact no.

I asked, how you guys got my number. And they saying from the call list. How can a company provide my contact no. To some private recovery agency?

Further, that guy threatened me that, if i don't provide his contact no or paid the bill, he will send the police to my house.

Is this how vodafone treat other people who are not responsible for the nonpayment of billing?

I like to file a complaint on local police station. Is it possible to file a case against vodafone for this harassment towards women?
