[Resolved]  Vodafone India — juiceup vas service charged without consent

I have been charged Rs.75 last month and also in the current month for Juiceup service though i never signed up for it. I dont even know what this service is. they are referring me to the trai cms app but that app refers me back to the service provider. I need a refund for these amounts. When I contacted cust care they referred me to the trai app to request a refund but the trai app says I need to contact the service provider for a refund
