Vodafone India Ltd. Tower Company — Vodafone India Ltd. Tower Company - Fraud in the name of setting tower in my land

I, Amarat Lal Khattar, as per advertisement (Indus Tower) in Hindi newspaper AAJ KA ANAND dated 18 Jul 2015, published in Pune (Maharashtra), I contacted a person named Ajay Bhalla on mobile number: [protected] & [protected] for installation of mobile tower. He told me to deposit an amount of Rs. 2975 as security charge in their bank account number:[protected], which is in the name of Mr. Avatar Singh. I deposited the amount in that account. After some time, he told me that he is sending a company paper to me by DTDC courier. I recieved the courier by DTDC on 25 Jul 2015. After recieving the papers he told me to deposit Rs. 25, 000 more as per instructions in the company paper. It was written that, as soon as we recieve your money, we will release the material for tower. I deposited that amount too in their account. After that he told me that your cheque for Rs. 25, 000 is ready but first you have to send Rs. 49, 500 as service tax and it will be refunded to you. As soon as we will recieve this amount, Rs 25 Lakhs will be deposited in your account. Same here, I deposited this amount too in their account. But again he told me that "I am sending an agreement letter by e-mail to you, sign on it and send it back to our e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. In that, they again demanded Rs. 68, 500 more for insurance money. Then I thought it is a some kind of fraud and I refused to pay, but he assured by saying "Main apne bacchon ki kasam khata hun", if you pay this amount, Rs. 25 lakhs will be deposited in your account. I totally refused and asked them to return my money. Then he told that "send cancellation application to us on e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com". Till now, they have not refunded my money. The account number belongs to Canara Bank Branch, Malout, Dist. Muktsar. Name of Account Holder: Avatar Singh S/o Satnam Singh Account Number:[protected].
