But service was not working later i called complained service not working later i received one message

What the hell!! Why the bloody agent deactivate the 3g account.

Again i received new message

Again new message

And they stopped working and my number got disconnected for few minutes... After all basic troubleshooting it got work

Again i called 04th sep complained some lady floor supervisor divya or supriya i couldn't recollect the name, she unfit for that job she talks like agent level only...

Again late night i called even called customer care says same basic troubleshooting steps he doesn't know what i'm saying what issue which facing.

Today[protected] called customer care agent logged one more complaint

Says that technical team will connect within 48hrs! What the crap.!!!

Again i called i got same floor supervisor lady divya or supriya not exactly known, now new story payment pending and send message act 3g to 199

I work from home depend upon ur vodafone data network...

For last three days my office work under hold and i loss of 3rd days salary of 3000rs who will bare for it..

And giving false promotion.. Ur ivr says pay bill recharge check ur data usage from my vodafone app without internet for link call or sms..

But ur customer care says with internet only my vodafone app to works..
What kind of service u providing for consumers for long term.

Check my payment history long term from vodafone, but still pathetic service..

Plz hire some graduated educated ppl, but ur customer care exe doesn't understand the problem

I demand an compensation i have all the recording messages, i'll log complaint in consumer forum on this
