Vodafone India — prepaid card deactivated suddenly without any reason | |||
My wife was using vodafone postpaid simcard from march 2019 to june 2019. In june 2019 we've moved to prepaid from postpaid in vodafone only with recharge of first recharge including 3 month recharge in advance. Suddenly on 2nd july network was out of connectivity/ no coverage. We called to CUSTOMER CARE from my number and these vodafone people are saying that she was not using simcard from long time, so they deactivated. How is it possible, we're constantly using the simcard on regular basis, infact she has only one number. then after we went to nearest CUSTOMER CARE, where no one is responding us well. after waiting of 1 hour they told it's deactivated permanently and yeah they dont know even any reason. We went to other store of vodafone, even they also told us the same. Next store people said us to come next day to talk with manager and we can have the same number again but no any money will be back. All we have to give again for any new recharges, i said "seriously"!! what a disgusting poor service of vodafone. We were really angry with this matter and we dont know where we shall go and complaint for any one. Once again i would say when we had CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE for complaints on 198 number, they litterally disconnected our calls. everytime that same sentence was on call " all calls are recorded for security purpose" why they never use it while customer is correct and their people are ###. 3rd July 2019 recharged amount of 199 through vodafone app but the recharged wasn't done instead money was deducted from my account.
