Respected Sir/Madam
I Saurabh Talwar using a Vodafone mobile number [protected].
I recharged a pack for internet data on[protected].
But it is not working till now, I called to customer care so many times and according to the guidence update the settings, clear the cookies, restart the phone so many Times, eject and insert the sim. But still data is not working.
Now when I am calling to customer care and selecting the option to connect with customer care executive the are not connecting.
I am suffering from last 12 hours and unable to connect my business contacts on whatsapp and official mails aslo.
My money is also in dump which I paid for the recharge.
Money is not a big matter but I am loosing my my job because of this . My reporting manager was need some urgent data. But I was helpless because of the Vodafone network.
This time also I am using WiFi.
After payment I can't use that service is totally teft.
According to my review Vodafone customer support is zero . Who people are sitting on customer care seat the don't know how to resolve this problem as well as that don't have to manner how talk with customer.
They all are getting salary from customer payment.
