Vodafone India — request for refund my second recharge amount of rs. 399/-. | |
I am Bharat ([protected]). I recharged for Rs. 399/- (Validity for 84 days) on 20th May, 2019 for Vodafone number [protected] and amount of Rs. 399/- deducted for first time from my account. But I did not get any confirmation massage for recharge. Hence, i recharged again for the same amount and same plan for same number. So Rs. 399/- deducted again from my account. Further, i talked to Vodafone can frequently. But, they refused to return my second recharge money for same plan for same number. Moreover, the validity shown of plan of Rs. 399/- for 84 days at the time of recharge. But, in My Vodafone App it shows only 70 days validity of plan. ***Expectations*** 1. I request for refund my second recharge amount of Rs. 399/-. 2. I request for extend validity of plan to 84 days, which shown at the time of recharge. Was this information helpful? | |
