Vodafone India — simcard not registered on network

Hi, my no: is [protected], i joined vodafone india(postpaid) from reliance gsm, i got message before 15 day that call from your vodafone sim to verify your identity and start your sim but from 15 days "not registerd on network" error shows every time... i complained concern person many times but my problem is not resolved.. really bad service... my sim is not working since 20 days, my business and personal work is stopped ... please solve my problem fast...
