[Resolved]  Vodafone India — sudden termination of lifetime free incoming call facility

My free incoming call facility has been terminated by vodafone india since last month. I am unable to receive calls leading to loss of monetary income.
I wish to know why this has been done when the contract clearly states incoming free for life. I have had this number since 1998 ever since the launch of mobile services in india. I cannot change this number after 20 years o[censored]sing it!
I also have a n and from vodafone india stating that if i do not recharge with a combo pack or other pack, my free incoming call facility would not be reinstated.

Today i am asked your care what is the offer .Madam told 94ruppees with talktime and 500mb now i used 500mb now where is 94ruppes if suppose you will not give i will change the sim to jio 4g the greatest network dont comple me i need my mobile just 33ruppes 500mb but my sim 94ruppes

Now i need money just 94 ruppees or i will change my sim to other network i need response within sir morning 7o clock to 7:30 suppose you missed to refund i my all relation have vodafone just 20 members then i will change all sims

I had logged complaint against dnd service still I am receiving spam calls like recorded songs, loans related calls.

This is not working as expected.
