Vodafone India — unable to make call even after recharging(minimum bal of rs. 35/- per month).

Hi,

My Vodafone number was blocked 2days back informing that I did not have sufficient balance(minimum balance of Rs. 35/-).
I recharged for Rs.50/- twice yesterday. But still my incoming and outgoing services are not re-activated even after 24hrs.
