[Resolved] Vodafone India — very poor or no internet connectivity on prepaid data pack | |||
There seems to be no functional email address of vodafone on which customers can send their complaints. I sent a long email complaint at: vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com on 11th march and it bounced back. How do i send my complaints by email? The complaint platform on website of vodafone has limitations on number of words that we can use. At times we can not fit our complaint in this limited platform. I need correct and functional email address of vodafone customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||

From last 3months im requesting to covert my postpaid sim to prepaid the staff of vodafone store are not respinding proper manner so kindlh ensure that make my sim to pre paid

Today thats is 6-03-2019 i have went to store to request postpaid to prepaid sim but they are not giving proper respinse so please take an immideate action and solve mg problem wat im facing
