[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone changed the lifetime validity to plan validity | |||
I have been using my vodafone sim since 11 years and opted for lifetime while purchasing. My validity was until 2021. They have charged me 499 for life long validity and now the vodafone is claiming that they cant provide life long validity for the amount what we have paid. This is highly unethical, i purchased an vodafone sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed.
