[Resolved]  Vodafone — mnp sms not going means blocked by operator

I found too many network issues informed them many of the time, they keep on giving wrong solutions like change the sim slot, on and off, change handset, sending sms for setting etc... Nothing worked...
It was taking 45 min for download a 3.5 mb file in a location based at delhi... Prime location... Last month in june and july...
I told them i will port out... So they blocked my no for getting connected to customer care... I used other no to contact than they removed my no from blocking...
Now as i made my mood to port out, my sms is not going... My balance is having sufficient amount for sending port sms...
Yesterday send mail to nodal officer trai... But haven't received any acknowledgement...
Your platform is best option for providing awareness to customer...

Day before yesterday a company guy called and said, we are sorry for inconvenience caused, I am forwarding your concern to respective department...than I received a SMS saying your problems has been resolved, if problem still exists... call 198

Yesterday evening received a fraudulent call from this no...asking OTP...[protected]...
Seems from your site he got my no...
Please assure for user privacy...if my no visible to other it is not safe...
Either you can provide a virtual I'd for users. .

Dear Site operator first of all my problem still exists and I received again a fraud call from this no [protected] giving details of Vodafone problem...means my no still showing on your site...pl remove my no...and instruct Vodafone to call again or send email where to contact..

I tried to send Port sms to 1900, it is still not going...I have positive balance in account...
I want to say thanks to your site..as they consider your site... nothing has been done from TRAI...even they haven't acknowledge my complaint...

My question now is not your service, that chapter has closed now...I want to know why I am not getting sms to PORT with other operator...
Till how long you will block to send SMS, I have taken new SIM from Airtel with much more good service and offers...
I have port my others two no already...rest this no if able to do ok...or will stop using this after sending message to all persons connected with me...

My problem was my no is blocked to send SMS for Port...that day your executive told matter has resolved... you resolved what...why fake information given...?
