Month by month bill amount is going higher and higher Its not acceptable. My first plan was for 150 and second was for 250, but in first month it was 180 and 300 then in second month it was 250 and 300, in third month it was 300 and 400. and now it is 400 and 500. When I am at my residence I am not able to get incoming calls. and even if they get connected they are automatically dropped in a minute or so.

Please look into this at your earliest otherwise I will have to look at other service provider which has better coverage in this area where I stay

Some laundering person are using mpesa account to laundering black money to another bank account.Any one can register any anonymous person mobile number without confirming the holder of mobile number.This is a serious case of breaking privacy rule and black money.
