[Resolved] Vodafone — recharge twice successful in the same number for refund or carry forward | |||
Hi I have recharged a number [protected] on 5th Sept but wrongly i have made same recharge of 199 on 6th of Sept, I have call to Vodafone Assam customer care regarding this but they said they will nor refund or carry forward the recharge. Two recharge will process at the same time. That means the ultimately I have to bear the lost. Kind of cheat. If the condition is not there how the recharge transaction got successful. order I'd [protected] Here I am sending the attached screenshot of the two recharge. Go through this and I want to reply back at any cost I want my 199 back or carry forward otherwise I will do my every way possible to get the refund.
