Vodafone — Regarding false commitment and increased bill on [protected] | |||||
My number is [protected]., i was Airtel customer before converting my operator to Vodafone, I got a call and the executive committed to give me 299 rental plan with 800 minutes free call and 1GB 3G free internet for 3 months, today i got a bill of 592 Rs with rental and Internet separately.. when contacted customer care they said they cant help.
