Vodafoneidea — wrong vas charges on my bill

Dear team,

I visted store and drop email to them for wrong vas charge mentioned in the bill. But no assistance was provided by them. I ahave attcahted the bill copy.

They have charged 735 as vas charges which they state 147 sms have been sent to 567899 which have been sent on 12th, 14th & 21st apr’19. There are few charges which have been mentioned in current bill as well. Details mentioned below mrs. Stella lewis vodafone no : [protected]

199 INR Amount deducted 21.10.2019 from bank for 28 days unlimited recharge . But recharge has not been received in my Vodafone number. Transantion ID HSB955E8630CD127883E053A717C7828A9E
