Volercars — I am unable to receive refundable deposit on given time. | |||||
I booked a car from voler on 1 August, 2018 and submitted 15000 rupees out of which 10000 was refundable deposit which was supposed to be returned by the voler cars in 10 to 15 working days. As you know, 23rd of August was the last day of the 15 working days and still no money or any information on the return of money was provided. I complained to the voler cars on 28th of August for the return and they asked us to compromise for 5-7 working days as their payment gateway had some issues. Now i again complained today on 10 September for the same and still no money was returned and i was again asked to wait for 4-5 days. For me, 10000 is a big amount and especially if I've rented it. So i hereby request you to file a complain against "VolerCars" and solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I booked a car on 20th nov till 21st nov in delhi ford figo and its been more than 15 days and i still havent recieved my refund of rs 5000 and the customer care guys are giving me excuses and disrespecting me. i need my refund or i will go the police.
