The above mention car is at the service station of authorized dealer of the company since 9th jan 2016 with damaged engine. The car was refused to service due non availability of oil filter due bad financial situation of the dealer. The under signed has visited, written and requested the dealer, the company and company in germany a number of times but no action has been taken.
