Dear sir, I am owning volks wagen vento car for last two years. i am extremely happy with the car performance but because of the two complaint given in the subject matter every body is hesitant to buy volks wagen car. pl. try to resolve these issues to explore more and more market in india. Customers like me facing these problems and not able to recommend others for vw cars due to expensive spares and service and different stepney tyre. Will you look into the matter? this is very true... they charge too muh for parts. not satisfied with quality too.

I do agree with you, I am using vw Vento for last two years but very much baffled to see diff Stepney Tyre size, mainly it is to increase boot space but they, under the element of safety say that you should not use for long, which is ridiculous, it means that for shorter duration they want us to drive on mismatch tyres, what about safety at that time and if it happens on highway what do you do???
Their car counceller never told all these things while selling the car, and quality of appollo car tyres is not good.
Infact car counselors are so arrogant that they say " we don't mind loosing customers like you and undermining Maruti cars saying that they don't give importance to safety, internationally we are best Maruti is not but they conveniently forget that we stay in India,
