[Resolved] Volkswagen India — About lost of steel cap on hand break at time of cleaning

Complaint -1 absence of steel cap of the hand break when i took the car. I informed them about it immediately. They said they will check and let me know. It's an irresponsibility of the person to check before handing the car. Till today (I. E after 2 days also there is no response regarding that)
2. While and during servicing and repair there i s no call about the vehicle condition. I have to call first and then they use to respond it again.

It is my request to give me the steel cap of hand break asap.

Vw gt tsi petrol
Other person incharge from body shop is prashant.

Kindly respond me asap.
