[Resolved] Volkswagen India — about service | |||
I have given my polo car (Numbered with ka05mq7387) to volkswagen service station in mysore. To verify the engine heat alert sign which was showing to me. Initially they took 1 month to get it fixed and charged me 46000. But issue was not resolved, i got the same problem after passing showroom gate. Then, i have given my car back to recheck the same. Its been 2 more months long now. No update from service station, no frequent followups, careless staff. I'm gonna share this feedback across all social media.
