My car have a complaint of steering box and I ordered and booked it from your Phoenix car(Volkswagon service Center kannur because of my Inertia as a customer) and it took 3weeks to arrive the spare parts. It’s common in your worst service Center to get a spare parts even car battery at a time ( it’s my personal experience that I didn’t get battery from your service Center because you don’t have Battery stock. 🤣🤣 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Good service). Last Monday I bought my car to your service Center and it’s still there. It’s been more than one week and you didn’t solved and repaired my car steering box complaint??? I have warrenty too. As a customer I have a request that you can’t maintain the value of your car through your service please hand over the dealership to some one who capable 🙏🙏🙏 Was this information helpful? | |||
