Sir i am keshav rawat custumer of your company. Sir i am having 4 volkswagon vehicle last week i have given my vehicle polo for some minor problem at tanya cars sitapura jaipur rajasthan india. They told me i would be charged ₹12-15k and would diliever me my vehicle in evening. When i came in evening from far 25 km they said me that vehicle is not ready you come tommorow and when i said you should inform me if it was not ready then they abused me. Later i went the next day in morning then they still said me to wait for 2 hours and they took more then 6 hours and after when they gave me the invoice i was shocked because it was of 25k more than their given amount. Then i said the amount is more then their given amount than they again abused me and said if you want your vehicle then you need to pay this amount. I was helpless and had to pay. Now i am complaing you just because i trust on volkswagon and need justice for me. As you good custumer i need you to help me.
