[Resolved] Volkswagen India — advance not returned since 1 year

We paid an advance of 10000rs in the month of august 2017 which they mentioned as refundable and still dint receive the advance till date november 2018. Called them many times but no response. They will tell you we will call you back and some fake reasons and never responded back. I have the recipt with me and papers related to the advance given along with the check number i gave them.

So unprofessional and irresponsible.
