[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — After Sales & Extended Warranty

Hi, I had purchased VW Vento Diesel from EVM Cochin on Feb 29th 2012. Along with the purchase I had also taken an Extended Warranty for 2 years. Currently my vehicle ( Chasis No: WVWK11605CTO13302) has shown complaint with regard to Injector and it has been given for service at Thrissur VW dealer (Phoenix Cars India Pvt Ltd ). From Thrissur VW dealer it was informed me that, my Extended Warranty has been cancelled on July 2013. And due to this issue my service has not been completed and its pending from last 15 days. Upon contacting VW Cochin dealer EVM, theirCustomer Service Manager Ms. Remya earlier confirmed that they have received the payment as per their Accounts and later denied about the payment . I have not given any request to cancel the Extended warranty nor I have received any cancellation payment from EVM cochin with regard to Extended warranty cancellation. I am really surprised and shocked to know such and iresposibility from a reputed dealer like EVM Motors Cochin. Request your team to help me in this matter pls.
