[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Air conditioning

Dear sir/ madam, I have a Jetta November 2011, Air conditioning of my car has not been functioning properly for more than 2 months now . We have registered our issue with tornado motors, however since last two months they have not got our spare parts required for the repair. Inspite of our repeated request there is no solution to our problem . My family also has a Passat . I would request you to please help me resolve my problem Thanks Regards Col.
