Hi I am Shiv and I own a VW polo Comfortline petrol. I haveusing this amazing car for the past 4 years but every year I have to give itfor a service I face terrible issues.
This time when I gave my car for service with VW palacecross Rajajinagar Service center, I also had requested for the quarter glass onthe left rear to be replaced as it was broken. The following were the issues Ifaced with the service this time.
They missed to charge for the quarter plate when the vehiclewas delivered and later called and requested for the payment which I went andpaid.
They claim to have checked the brakes and cleaned them andcharged me for the same, but 2 days of service the rear brakes both of themwere jammed and I had to call the service center to send a mechanic home as Icould not move the vehicle. I mechanic Mr. Karthik came and did the needful butcharged me Rs. 1000 for the same.
When I call the service station to check why was the samenot done during the service they don’t have a proper answer and they just wantto pass the blame from one adviser to the other. (Dharshan for the serviceadvisor who handled the case for my service)
Also Mr. Karthik mentioned the battery is due forreplacement when he came to see the brakes jammed, why was this not mentionedduring the service?
I can go on and on with the list of issues but looks likethere is no one in the service center bothered about this.
So please do something for your service else people will beforced to stay away from this amazing cars from VW but with pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
