[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Ameo diesel highline | |||
We had booked Ameo Highline Diesel DSG car in my company name Transpower India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. We are very disappointed by the service / sales provided by your Volkswagen Thane Distributor. We booked the car on the promise that they have the car in stock (2016 model) by paying price of 2017. We paid the distributor the full amount on 3rd February 2017. We were told that it takes 10 to 12 days to get the car registered by the RTO. But we have not yet received the car. On calling multiple times and finally forcing them to send an official email as to when they will deliver the car they have sent us an email stating tentatively 24th February 2017 though they have not mentioned reason for delay in their email. On phone they said some company audit is going on. (God only knows what audit is that. if they had a scheduled audit coming up then they should have informed us while booking the car itself.) Also, we were promised the scratch and win card if booked on certain date which we did but haven't received anything from them yet. Now keeping my fingers crossed that they won't delay the delivery of the car further. Whatever excitement of new car i had i have lost it. Was this information helpful? | |||
