[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Annual service

I had purchased polo diesel car on[protected] from parklane cars pvt ltd. ahmedabad (volkswagon kanavati). finance was taken from volkswagon finance ltd rs 350000/- (car no gj-1-rd-8384). i also pay rs 777/- alongwith regular installments towards adavnce maintenance charges. third annual service was due. yesterday i booked my service and informed them about annual mainteinace advance payment made by me. today i dropped my car for service. now car service dealer is saying that we are not getting confirmation of your annual maintenance reimursement from volkswagon finance as contract is over. three year contract end on[protected]. i submitted bills of purchase also. they did not carry service of my car. the dealer and volkswagon finance limited have cheated me.
