I purchased a new car Volkswagen polo comfertline from shreekripa authorised showroom, City - Nashik, State- Maharashtra, INDIA on 30 March 2011. There is no doubt that it is a good car in this segment, everyone like this car and everyone would like to buy a new car to have trouble free smooth driving and i did it. but later i got such experience to be with Volkswagen - on 30 March 2011, i purchased the car and i was very happy and had huge trust on Volkswagen, later, on 5 Aug 2011, i reported steering noise and rattling noise from under-body the kilometer was 5, 170 on 4 Nov 2011, i reported noise, but later in-charge person told its from rear side, so we will diagnose it and get it done. km were 10, 385 on 15 Feb 2012, i went for 1st service that time apart from periodic maintenance there was noise problem reported, so later adviser told its noise from doors so said it will be re aligned. km were 15, 246 on 3 April 2012, i reported noise from rear breaks, and steering. km were 17, 941 (according to your authorized dealer they have done steering work, so if it was done then shall not come again so early) on 7 May 2012, car was taken for brake noise, and all door noise . km were 19, 856. on 5 jun 2012, car was taken again regarding unusual noise coming from front side, so authorized dealer told its from suspension, so noise near front suspension was diagnosed. km 21, 220 on 6 July 2012, car was reported for steering noise, it was mentioned that steering noise at the time of taking turn on both sides, km 25, 469. on 24 Aug 2012, car was reported and taken by adviser for engine vibration check, steering noise, all door setting check. km 28, 140 on 13 Sep 2012, car was taken for 2nd servicing, apart from maintenance work there was noise from dash board, steering. km 29, 622 on 18 Sep 2012, car was taken for engine vibration check. km 39, 520. in this visit removing, refitting work was done and charges was applicable this thing has to be saluted on 13 sep 2012 car km was 29, 622 and on 18 sep km is 39, 520 and repair order date is of 25 Aug 2012. how kilometers are also manipulated or not maintained Mean while i don't remember exact date, and kilometers there was vibrations from engine room, i reported about it, but i was told every thing is fine nothing to worry and later in few weeks in sudden my car gave tremendous vibration and noise from engine side. i switched off car opened bonnet it was seen engine was loose from foundation, the car was taken to authorized service center, their they diagnosed engine foundation bolt was broken. after prior checkup and reporting problem i have to face this breakdown and suffer for this negligence. Is Volkswagen bolts so weak they get broke ...? on 2 Oct 2012, car was taken for steering noise, body noise and wheel Bering noise. km 30, 973 on 27 Nov 2012, car was taken for noise, and adviser has told its from front l/h wheel. km 34, 397 on 6 Feb 2013, after showing to adviser and as per his diagnosis car was taken for under-body noise, description were shock absorbs, wishbone mounting, removed and refitted. km 37, 971 on 23 Mar 2013, car was shown and by adviser it was taken for rattling noise from front left side under-body. km 37, 980 on 23 April 2013, it was 3rs service and according to adviser apart from maintenance, after his checking there were door setting for all sides required as there was noise, there was noise in steering and horn was to be done greasing, left door power window noise, rear sear noise. km 45, 072 on same date one more invoice i had received, it was under body noise check there was replacement of track control arm done. and km 41, 208 on 5 July 2013, there was rear left side quarter panel touch-up, and tail light replaced but later after getting touch-up work done in authorized center color shade changed, and this is clearly quality compromise done by Volkswagen. km 50, 500 on 30 Sep 2013, there was brakes noise, body noise after inspecting by adviser car was taken. km 54, 784 on 8 Jan 2014, car was taken for 4th servicing and apart from maintenance problems were checked and noticed door setting, rear seat noise. km 60, 894 on 26 Jun 2014, it was 75, 000 maintenance apart from the maintenance aft checking by adviser there was to checked suspension & bush, check all seat noise, check all windows noise when up and down, all door noise trim noise. in description there was seat frame, front removed & re-installed. and same time it was broken. km 74, 454 on 12 Sep 2014, aft analyzing by adviser car was taken for suspension noise, dash board noise, under-body noise. km 79, 763 on 22 Dec 2014, after checking by adviser car was taken for suspension noise front, and other front noise. description was sub-frame removed & re-installed, etc.. km 83, 700. within a year or near by after purchase of vehicle, there was color crack seen on roof and later there was rust to it, the pictures were taken and answered will talk to company and update according to it and resolve problem. on the 22 Dec work done, later it was found subframe support chassic bolts were almost 40% loose, another support is missing, steering coloum cover was found on floor in side car, After purchasing a brand new vehicle and a product of Volkswagen is this service, maintenance, and value for customer. how many times human error shall be neglected, how many times and years car shall be taken for re-pairs...? what was wrong with car that its 3yr and 10 months i am repeatedly doing repair works of brand new car...? according to me if it takes so long to repair and diagnosis then car has got manufacturing defect, company shall give replacement, rather then keeping and repairing and wasting customer time. why there is quality compromise done by Volkswagen...? why there is compromise done with vehicle safety ...? why car parts are missing...? your people say the work of car is done according to standards of Volkswagen, so are this standards of Volkswagen...? and customer care department higher authority people, keep on giving assurance and no action is taken, neither answers call back. so this is Volkswagen customer care department. this is Volkswagen product value...? do you respect customer time...? its really big disappointment to be with Volkswagen, and at the end you say sorry which you don't mean it . if Volkswagen is really there to give brand value to their product and give true Justice to customer for such harassment, they shall give bench mark resolution let the other people also know how Volkswagen respect customer and give them & their product value. waiting for positive reply from Volkswagen, hope you do it i have got few pictures of work done according to Volkswagen standards, and how on few points customer safety is compromised...and what all will be more it will be surprise. i am looking forward with vehicle replacement as, till today my history is in front of you and i don't want this vehicle to be repaired for more as its dne repairs works for more than 3 yrs, as there are safety parts missing, compromise done with quality, wasted 3 yrs for repair new car which today we know and what all will be more that no one knows. Thank you, hope volkswagen stand by their product and shows the value by their own decision, and hope dosent say we will repair vehicle and return back, which i m doing since long.
