[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Bad after service at cototn green workshop | |||
I rishi puri had purchased a volkwagen vento 1.5l highline at on behalf of our company lords hotels & resorts in the month of march this year mh 02 ee 3604 and it had been a pleasant experience until last week when i gave our car for the first service. I wish to bring to your attention just how disappointed i am with the service that is seriously lacking by your servicing team at cotton green. The car was upgraded to a motevo music and navigation system by the dealer during the purchase. When our car was picked up last week for the service, it arrived without the simcard/gprs card in the motevo music and navigation system. I tried complaining but pradnya would not listen and the manager zahira lacked basic decency of even reverting or taking my calls This kind of service is inexcusable, and an unpleasant surprise from a brand like volkswagen. I would like you to take some action and look into this personally, but you do what you may feel is right. Anyways, it’s your actions that show how much you value my dedicated business.
