[Resolved] Volkswagen India — battery | |||
I bought volkswagen vento tdi high line automatic in november 2015. Surprisingly yesterday car did not start! I approached authorised dealer at bhopal and he did not respond yesterday. I called road side assistance number 6 times yesterday but after 3-4 rings it was disconnect every time. Today dealer from bhopal called and said if battery is down then you have to pay 8, 000/- for the new battery!! My question is if we bought battery from out side it comes with 3 to 4 years of warranty then how come oe battery comes with 1 year warranty!!? Was this information helpful? | |||
