[Resolved] Volkswagen India — battery exchange in warranty period | |||||
I buy a new Volkswagen polo car battery from Chandigarh Phase-I Industrial Area since 1-Jan-2016. Now, this time my battery was not responding. It was totally disable and not able to charge. I lost my invoice of my battery. I asked the Chandigarh staff to send me a copy of invoice because i shifted amritsar from Chandigarh. But they say no to me, they said to me that we have not previous data. we lost all data backup. Amritsar Volkswagen company Manager told me that you have to manage Invoice of your battery otherwise u have to buy the battery again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
