Volkswagen india — regarding breakdown of new vento diesel automatic variant Respected sir, This is in regard to a complaint about my vehicle. Name: dr. Jigar doshi Contact detail: [protected] Registration no. : gj12dg8010 Chassis no. : mexf17601nt136680 Engine no. : cwx167373 Model : vento (At) highline diesel veriant Date of purchase: 29th july 2017 Dealer name : surjeet motors, hisar Right from the initial days of the purchase of this vehicle we have had issues with regard to the operation of the power windows and battery cell problem and display of 12v battery low on tape. The problem is rectified after a visit to the service center but persists after a couple of days. The latest issue was that car was breakdown and not able to startup. With help of rsa car shift to vw service center gandhidham and problem identified and battery charged and car returned to me. But after 4 to 5 days problem persist and re send car to service center for further investigation. Gandhidham service center is planned to closed by end of december and they not able to diagnose what will be the defect in battery or start up motor and why rare window is malfunctioning and why gearbox problem also occurs? They told me to send your car to ahmedabad service center for further diagnosis and to rectify it. But right now car is in brackdown condition, how could i drive this car to 300kms? Now as per our talk with customer care i will persionally send my car to ahmedabad automark vw service center to resolve my problems in vento car. But i want assurity latter of company along with rectifying my car's problem regarding that this problem will not happen again or else if problem persist we will replace your car with new one. Otherwise replace this car with new one. Notes of problems to my vento car: 1) battery related problem (Self start problem and sometimes battery dead and car breakdown) 2) sometimes car not run even in d gair and car stuck 3) rare window (Other side of driver) sometimes not working properly 4) on car tape display shows message 12v battery low and need to charge immidietly. Me and my family have been put through a lot of inconvenience and trouble already. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
