[Resolved] Volkswagen India — car | |||
Dear sir/ madam, i gave my car ameo bv 1986 in volkwagen dehradun for changing front bumper which was damage. It was 17 dec 2018. But today is 8th jan 2019, still i did not get my car from company, because again and again they are giving me excuse that bumpur is out of stock. Then how the company delivering new car? Are they delivering new car without bumper? Its almost 1 month to go. Its very hopeless and dissatisfactory work. I thought volkwagen is very big and reputed company and service will b very fast but i am not satisfied. I am a businessman and car is very important for me. Since 1 month i am hiring cab daily which is very costly. Due to your poor service i am loosing money. I think this company is cheating to the customer.
